This page acts as documentation of the different features on Facebook, including their functions/components, uses (intended or unintended) and history of development. We need your help flushing all of this out! Very little has been formally documented about each of these items so we're going to have to go without references much of the time. That's where Wikis can really shine, however, as our collective knowledge should give a pretty good consensus of the real answers.
